Refund and Returns Policy
We at House of Ameera always try to achieve customer satisfaction through our products and services. In keeping with our goal for user satisfaction, we have set out terms for the Cancellation, refund and return of the products purchased from this website.
Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.
Cancellation Policy
Order placed on this website can be cancelled before dispatch of the order. Order can be cancelled for any reason by selecting Cancel Order button under page My Account->Orders
In case payment for the order has been completed at the time of order placement, refund shall be initiated within 4 business days from date of cancellation of the order. The refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
We do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders. In such case, refer below return policy.
Return and Exchange Policy
House of Ameera accepts return of the products purchased subject to fulfilment of below conditions-
Ordered Product can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Ordered product can be returned for approved reasons only such as Size, Colour, Design, Quality not being as expected; Defective/ Damaged Product delivered; etc.
In case item is being returned for reasons such as Colour fading/ Shrinkage post wash, we reserve the right to accept the return since reasonable fading/shrinkage is expected in some of the products such as Cotton Kurtis, etc.
Order can be returned for above reasons by selecting Return Order button under page My Account->Orders
Any product that needs to be returned should be sent by Customer at his/her own expense through trackable courier/Regd Post only after return approval by us to our official address mentioned below-
Our Regd. Address – House of Ameera, Plot 66, Mohan Nagar, Mohadi Road, Jalgaon 425002, Maharashtra, India.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Post self-shipment of the ordered item to be returned, customers are advised to share Tracking number and Courier/ Post Company name with us by writing to us under Page Contact us or email us at- ameeralooks@gmail.com wherein order number/ invoice number to be provided along with tracking details.
Reasonable care should be taken while packing the ordered item so that item can be received by us in original condition without further damage during shipment. Ordered item should be folded and packed properly in water resistant packaging preferably original packaging.
While Returning the Ordered Product, tags and labels on the item should be intact and product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition. Only the ordered item should be returned in original condition.
We do not provide reverse pickup facility.
We do not provide any Exchange Facility. In such case, customer should place fresh order subject to availability.
For refund of amount paid for the returned order, kindly refer our below refund policy.
Refund Policy
Once returned item is received at our official address mentioned above, we shall inspect the item received. On satisfaction of the item condition and terms mentioned above, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be initiated within 7 days of approval. The refund will be made to the original mode of payment. In case of payment method being COD, UPI, Direct bank transfer, Offline Direct Sales; the refund will be made to the bank account/UPI Code mentioned by customer in email written to us. Email should be sent from registered email id with us mentioned in the invoice with details of Order No/ Invoice No, Bank Name, bank account Number, IFSC Code, UPI Code if any. We will not be responsible or liable for any wrong/incorrect information provided through email. In no case, refund will be provided in Cash.
In case refund is not approved after inspection, you may take the item back with you within 30 days of intimation of rejection. However, you will have to pay for the shipping costs beforehand to re-dispatch the item to your address.
In case Order is not delivered to your mentioned address by our delivery partner/ Post within reasonable time say 30 days from dispatch, you may request for refund of the order. On confirming with Courier/Post agency, we will approve your refund.
In case order gets delivered to mentioned address which has been incorrectly provided by you, we will not be liable for refund unless fulfillment of terms of return and refund mentioned above.
We do not accept return for below categories of products-Lingerie, Inner ware, intimate or sanitary goods, Consumable health and personal care items in unpacked condition.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
